Maggie Tan is a Masters student in the Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at the University of Arizona. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy- Geosciences from the University of Maryland. With water focused research interests, she hopes to investigate the feasibility of removing persistent pollutants in groundwater with innovative sustainable technology. Her hobbies include playing volleyball, hiking, and exploring cities.
